The room was really nice: comfortable bed, perfect AC, and a really good shower. The location is ideal since it is a bit far from the center but close enough to walk to it (less than 15 minutes). The staff was amazing; they were always super helpful and attentive.

This was a last minute booking, considering the other place I had booked cancelled on me last minute. I booked at 10.30pm and checked in just after 11pm - the staff was waiting for me, the room was ready and was better than expected. Super comfortable beds, a nice balcony, hot shower, complimentary water and coffee, fridge and hairdryer, good wifi, I really enjoyed my stay here!

The hotel is located conveniently. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was good and comfortable, it wasn’t noisy at night. There is daily cleaning provided.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, walking distance to everything and some amazing restaurants nearby. We will 100% stay here again next time we're in Hanoi, great location and price

The room was clean and spacious. The shower really worked good and we slept very well. The night guard checked us out in the early morning, which was very nice. The place is near the train station, so we could catch the train early.

I stayed in a room which has balcony, felt very comfortable there, everything is clean, the AC was clean which was rare for hotels in Ha Noi, and it was the centralized AC system, so it was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, having a lot of good foods around
